By submitting a logo to this contest, participants agree that if their design is selected as the winner, all rights, title, and interest in the submitted design are irrevocably transferred to the Teddybear community. The winning logo will become the sole property of the community and may be used, modified, or redistributed without restriction.
By accepting a runner-up prize (2nd or 3rd place), participants agree to grant the Teddybear community a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute their submitted artwork for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to memes, social media posts, and promotional materials.
While runner-up submissions will not be used as official logos, they may be showcased on the official Teddybear website and made available for community use in meme-related formats.
All featured content will be credited to the creator where reasonably possible, and artists retain moral rights to attribution where applicable.
